One unfortunate thing with Scratchful redemptions is that we’ve heard of plenty of cases where payment took weeks at a time, or was cancelled completely. This is really not what you want to hear from a sweepstakes casino — some of us play for fun, but some of us like to play to win real prizes. And if those prizes aren’t forthcoming, it really makes the whole experience seem a little pointless, right? Let’s hope Scratchful can fix these issues, because if the word spreads, it will lead to many players abandoning the platform.

Investigating a casino’s customer support is one of the most important parts of my reviews. At Scratchful, support was excellent, with one minor niggle that stops me awarding it full marks in this area.

In common with lots of casino sites, as I found in my ClubWPT review, Scratchful has a helpful FAQs section which covers a lot of basic information, including making an account, how to complete a purchase, and how to change any of your personal details.

This Q and A section is an excellent first call if you have an issue, but if your query is more complex, you might find yourself wanting additional support. This is available by using the ‘Submit a request’ email form or by emailing [email protected] directly. You’ll find that, even though the published response time for emails is two days, a response will often be with you in a few hours.

The minor niggle I mentioned is that the live chat feature is only available to those who have made a Gold Coins purchase. I feel this is a little unfair and so it’s impacted my ratings a bit. I prefer it when customer support options are equal and available across the board.
